Magical Lava Temple! Eco-Retreat w/ Volcano Views

Positive: Being right on the lava flows was magic. The location is remote. The unique experience, space, and quiet will be a treasured memory. Whereas most resort, hotel stays all blend together. During our stay the oven was inoperable so be discretionary about your grocery run before your check in but everything else was perfection. We’d return and probably will! 3 nights was about perfect. I would have loved one more night but then a shift would be appropriate for those like me.

Exceptionnel. Temple sur lave. Une expérience Positive: L’endroit est juste exceptionnel. Cabane/maison sans porte. À l’air libre. Un vrai temple de méditation pour un séjour zen. Pose sur une ancienne coulée de lave, à l’écart de la civilisation. Très très beau et très nature. Negative: Partir de cette endroit.

Off-grid Beauty Positive: We loved the open air! Woke up one morning to an ethereal red glow of the volcano erupting, made our stay very special! Negative: As it was suggested to arrive during the day, of course we arrived at night, and often left in the morning and wouldn't be back till dusk and the lightning situation was a little complicated/took some getting used to. As there is not an obvious big light for each room. Again, not a big deal, we adjusted!
